- On-Call Required:
- Weeknight Call: 5:30 PM – 7:00 AM
- Weekend Call: Friday 5:30 PM through Monday 7:00 AM
We are seeking an experienced Cath Lab Registered Nurse (RN) for a fast-paced acute care hospital setting. The ideal candidate will have strong cardiac catheterization experience and be comfortable assisting with diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures.
- Provide nursing care in the Cardiac Catheterization Lab
- Assist physicians during diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures
- Monitor and assess patients before, during, and after procedures
- Circulate procedures and maintain procedural documentation
- Administer medications and monitor patient responses
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary cardiac care teams
- Follow all patient safety and infection control protocols
- Minimum 2 years of Cath Lab RN experience
- Experience with:
- Diagnostic Cardiac Catheterization
- Cardiac Stent Placement
- Right and Left Heart Catheterization
- Circulating Cath Lab Procedures
- Experience with Epic charting preferred
