Jubilee Scholars LLC is a remote multidisciplinary project-based company. Our Professional Freelancer (Photo Inspection) skillfully serves as a freelance photo inspector for our clients requesting residential mortgage inspections in your county.
We want skillful and reliable workers with good customer service to complete projects.
Tools needed: Smartphone (Android or iPhone) capable of running mobile reporting apps, Computer with internet connection, and Printer to print door hangers & vacancy notices, as needed.
Reports directly to senior management or project coordinator. It is a per project, 1099-NEC position with perks, at $3 per inspection (which takes 5-10 min per inspection) and Pay is Monthly. Responsible for your own assignments. Besides having skills in your chosen field, you would also need communication skills, collaboration with diversity of people, customer service skills, problem solving skills, and conflict resolution. Also, willing to lead/participate in community projects.
Expectations
- Determine property occupancy status based on industry-standard indicators
- Capture 9+ photos using a Smartphone (Android or iPhone) and submit brief reports using industry-standard mobile apps
- Print door hangers and vacancy notices, as needed
- Agree to our Christian Business Ethics

- Willing to lead/participate in community projects
- The individual will have an opportunity to provide support and execute for projects; lead projects, and drive innovation and growth
- Able to work independently with minimal oversight

- Have the proper equipment to perform remote work (pc/laptop/tablet, phone, internet)

- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by senior leadership

- As an independent contractor, you are asked to cover the cost of your local background check or a basic background check from Checkr & Pass the background check. If you already have clearance on a recent background check (within a year) then you can send the results to HR.

- Capable of performing residential mortgage inspections
- Reliable, gas efficient transportation
- Trainable
- Strong time-management skills to meet deadlines
- Supply your own tools to perform duties are required
- Resume or portfolio demonstrating your capabilities
- Ability to collaborate with a diverse group of people
- Ability to manage multiple projects, including community projects
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills, problem solving skills, and conflict resolution
- Bilingual a plus, not required
