We are seeking a highly dynamic, motivated, and experienced Sales Professional to join our team. This is a permanent position. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in the Audio Visual sector.
2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the market, creating a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
3. Leverage your knowledge and experience with Salesforce and Hubspot to manage and track client interactions and sales activities.
4. Utilize your skills in audio visual presentations to effectively communicate our product offerings and value proposition to clients.
5. Conduct complex sales negotiations, demonstrating your ability to navigate multi-stakeholder decision-making processes and close deals.
6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and to develop innovative solutions to address client challenges.
7. Maintain a deep understanding of the accounting and finance industry, staying abreast of trends, changes, and competitor activities.
8. Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management on a regular basis.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
2. A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in sales, specifically within the Audio Visual industry.
3. Proven track record in business development and achieving sales targets.
4. Strong proficiency in Salesforce and Hubspot, with a deep understanding of how to leverage these tools to drive sales success.
5. Experience in delivering compelling audiovisual presentations to a range of stakeholders.
6. Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales with multiple stakeholders and decision-makers.
7. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
8. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
9. Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude.
10. High level of integrity, professionalism, and a passion for achieving results.
