Radius Recycling is seeking an Automation Developer (Finance Systems)/
Finance Analyst, Automation to help transform the way our Finance organization operates. This is not a traditional analyst role. We are looking for a hands-on automation professional who enjoys identifying opportunities, designing solutions, developing automations, and seeing projects through from concept to production.
In this position, you'll play a key role in replacing manual processes and consultant-developed solutions with scalable, internally supported automation tools. You'll partner closely with Finance, Accounting, IT, and business stakeholders to streamline workflows and deliver measurable operational improvements.
What You'll Do
- Design, build, test, and deploy automation solutions using tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism
- Analyze finance and business processes to identify automation opportunities
- Develop scalable solutions that reduce manual effort and improve accuracy
- Troubleshoot, support, and enhance existing automations
- Build and maintain technical documentation, workflow maps, and testing records
- Collaborate with Finance and IT teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption
- Monitor automation performance and continuously improve solution effectiveness
- Stay current on emerging automation, AI, and process improvement technologies
What We're Looking For
- Experience developing automation solutions using UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or similar platforms
- Strong SQL and advanced Excel skills
- Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or Microsoft Dynamics
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work directly with business stakeholders
