We work closely with BCBAs and RBTs to empower individuals to build daily living skills, promote independence, and create lasting growth.
This is not a sales job — it’s a strategic community engagement position designed to build awareness, develop partnerships, and connect eligible individuals to life-changing support services.
Residency in Virginia is required.
Qualifications
- Demonstrate the company's mission and vision.
- Represent and uphold the company’s mission and vision.
- Conduct community outreach and visit referral sources
- Have experience with creating meaningful connections with clients and referral sources
- Build relationships with referral sources, care coordinators, and other stakeholders across Virginia
- Plan and participate in community events, presentations, and health fairs.
- Track and report outreach activities and outcomes in coordination with leadership.
- Collaborate closely with our clinical and administrative teams to ensure a smooth referral and intake process.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What you will bring:
- Familiarity with CRM systems is preferred.
- Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written and organizational skills.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on achieving results.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, psychology, social work, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Previous experience in community outreach, marketing, or behavioral health preferred.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $40,000–$70,000 per year (based on experience and productivity)
- Bonuses: Paid twice yearly, based on measurable outreach and engagement results
