We’re hiring dependable and motivated Evening/Night Supervisors to oversee multiple client sites throughout Northwest Indiana.
Night Supervisor:
Night Supervisor duties include, but are not limited to:
- At least one year of healthcare or commercial housekeeping experience is required
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must present and maintain a valid driver’s license at all times
- Must be reliable, honest and dependable
- Must have ability to work independently and as a part of a team
- Detailed oriented, hard worker, self-motivated and have strong work ethic
- Must be in good physician condition: able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Must Inspect all designated accounts nightly, to ensure it is to the company’s and client’s standards
- Ability to train or cross train employees
- Deliver supplies to accounts as needed
- Cover one or more cleaning accounts when needed (ie., banks, schools, & medical centers)
- The ability to remain calm and controlled under challenging circumstances
- Ensure proper use of chemicals and cleaning products
- Communicate complaints, comments, or concerns to support staff and Operation Supervisors
- Other duties as required but not limited to the above information
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
· Pay is based on experience
· Quarterly bonus (if applicable) after 90 day probation period
· Individual Retirement Account (IRA) after one year of service
· Paid Time off after one year of service
