- Set up, operate, and adjust folder/gluer machines; handle feeding and blank systems to maintain consistent production speeds.
- Inspect finished products for accuracy and defects; ensure all goods meet customer specifications and ISO quality standards.
- Proactively resolve machine jams, defects, and operational issues to minimize downtime.
- Strictly follow PPE requirements and OHSE guidelines; maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet production goals and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum 3 years of experience operating folder/gluer equipment, specifically within food packaging or folding carton manufacturing.
- Strong mathematical ability and basic computer proficiency.
- Ability to stand/bend/reach for extended periods and willingness to work rotating shifts/overtime.
- Experience in training junior staff and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Competitive hourly pay rate of $26.00 – $36.00.
