What You'll Do
-
Administer medications and document patient care
-
Assess patients before dosing and monitor their well-being
-
Perform vital signs, screenings, and lab collection
-
Maintain medication inventory and regulatory compliance
-
Coordinate care with providers and support the clinical team
-
Deliver compassionate, patient-focused customer service every day
Qualifications
-
Active Virginia LPN license
-
At least 1 year of direct patient care experience
-
Strong communication, documentation, and computer skills
-
Experience in outpatient, behavioral health, addiction medicine, primary care, or similar settings is a plus
