Job Summary
Olsen Brothers Ranches is seeking a reliable, safety-focused Truck Driver to support harvest operations. The driver will be responsible for transporting harvested crops, equipment and materials between fields, storage facilities and designated locations, ensuring timely and safe deliveries throughout the harvest season. This is a hands-on role that requires good judgement, dependability and a willingness to work hard in a fast-paced agricultural environment. No CDL is required to start - we are willing to train the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate company trucks during harvest operations
- Transport harvested crops from field locations to receiving stations, packing facilities or storage areas
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections; report maintenance issues and safety concerns promptly
- Follow all traffic laws, company policies and safety procedures
- Safely maneuver trucks and trailers in field, orchard and facility environments, including tight turns and uneven terrain
- Communicate effectively with managers and harvest crew regarding schedules and transportation needs
- Assist with loading, unloading and other harvest-related duties as needed
Qualifications
- Valid Washington State driver's license with a clean driving record - required
- Previous truck driving or agricultural experience preferred
- CDL preferred; not required - willingness to pursue CDL is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong commitment to safety and reliability
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends and overtime during peak harvest periods
Pay: $17.13 - $20.00 per hour
