We're Hiring: A Weekend Child & Adolescent Therapist
Are you a school social worker, school counselor, or clinician looking for a highly profitable, low-stress weekend side hustle? We're looking for a provider experienced with children and/or adolescents, available for Saturdays and/or Sundays. Many families prefer weekend sessions for their kids outside of school hours, meaning your caseload will build rapidly. This role is ideal for someone passionate about child development, play therapy, or family dynamics who wants to pick up extra hours on a flexible weekend schedule.
We're looking for clinicians who hold one of the following active, unrestricted New Jersey licenses:
- LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker)
- LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor)
- LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist)
Must be eligible for insurance credentialing in NJ (we panel through Headway). Unlicensed associates, interns, and pre-licensed clinicians will not be considered at this time. If you will be getting licensed soon please do not hesitate to reach out.
What You'll Do
- Provide individual psychotherapy to children and adolescents, in-person and via telehealth, on weekends.
- Conduct clinical intakes, diagnostic assessments, and treatment planning tailored to younger clients.
- Collaborate with parents/guardians as part of treatment, where clinically appropriate.
- Manage your caseload with strong clinical autonomy.
- Maintain timely, HIPAA-compliant documentation.
What We're Looking For
- Active, unrestricted NJ therapy license (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT).
- Reliable weekend availability (Saturday, Sunday, or both).
- Experience working with children and/or adolescents in an outpatient or school setting.
- Comfort incorporating play therapy, family sessions, or developmentally appropriate techniques.
