REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 2 years of dispatching experience
- Coordinate and schedule freight pickups and deliveries using transportation management systems.
- Communicate with drivers, carriers, and internal teams via multi-line phone systems while maintaining professional phone etiquette.
- Enter accurate data related to shipments, dispatch instructions, and delivery statuses.
- Monitor fleet management activities, including shipping & receiving operations and 3PL (third-party logistics) coordination.
- Bilingual (English / Spanish)
- Maintain detailed records of dispatch activities, shipment statuses, and incident reports for audit purposes.
