Full Time/Part Time Housekeeping
Hourly wage starting at $17.00 hourly based on experience.
Looking to get back to work with a company that puts it’s Associates first, the ownership/management team of our hotel kept its doors open during the Covid-19 crisis to accommodate health care workers and ensure our Associates were able to remain employed, all the while implementing conditions to ensure their safety.
The Hotel Concord is a AAA Four Diamond luxury boutique hotel.
We are currently looking to fill full time/part time Housekeeping positions. Applicants must have good communication and interpersonal skills. Must be willing to effectively deal with customers, some of whom will require high levels of patience, tact and diplomacy to defuse anger and maintain composure. Weekends are required.
Hourly wage starting at $17.00 hourly based on experience.
Benefits available for all full time employees after 60 days.
Requirements:
-Must be able to work independently while effectively managing time.
-Complete and maintain standards for cleanliness of all areas of the hotel.
-Follow the Company Standard and maintain a positive attitude.
-Neat, clean, proper appearance. Appropriate uniform and name tag
-Be aware of all safety procedures and policies in the event of an emergency.
-Maintains working relationships and communicates with all departments.
-10-6 Rule: Able to communicate with guests in a polite and respectful fashion.
-Comply with attendance rules and be available for work on a regular basis.
-Follow and maintain excellent standards set in place for Sanitizing all areas of the hotel.
-Lifting and bending expected during your duties on a daily basis.
-Reliable transportation necessary.
-Have a very strong work ethic.
Background and Drug screening Required
