Job Description:
Join our housekeeping team and help create a welcoming, clean, and comfortable environment for our guests. As a Housekeeper, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and presentation of our hotel meet the highest standards. Candidate must be able to work Saturday, Sunday, and Mondays.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to hotel standards.
- Change bed linens, make beds, and replenish towels and amenities.
- Vacuum, mop, and dust all surfaces to maintain a tidy environment.
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, tissues, and cleaning products.
- Report maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate department.
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a secure work environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly and professionally to guest requests and inquiries.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements:
- Mobility: Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and crouch for extended periods.
- Lifting: Able to lift and carry moderate to heavy loads, such as linens and cleaning supplies.
- Pushing and Pulling: Ability to push/pull carts loaded with linens and supplies.
- Reaching and Stretching: Capable of cleaning high and low areas, including ceilings, fixtures, and baseboards.
- Manual Dexterity: Skilled in using cleaning equipment such as vacuums, mops, and dusters.
- Stamina: Endurance to perform repetitive physical tasks, such as making beds and scrubbing surfaces.
- Coordination: Able to safely navigate around furniture and through tight spaces.
- Visual Acuity: Ability to identify stains, spills, and areas needing cleaning; read labels and instructions.
- Sense of Smell: Detect odors and assess overall cleanliness; identify unusual or hazardous smells.
- Resilience: Comfortable working in environments with potential exposure to dust, chemicals, and allergens, while following safety protocols and wearing appropriate personal protective equipment.
Additional Information:
We conduct pre-employment drug testing and random drug testing during employment. Substances tested include amphetamines, methamphetamines, cocaine, and opiates. We do not test for marijuana.
