The Opportunity
TPC Construction is hiring a residential Interior Designer to guide homeowners through the full design journey on remodels and additions, then close projects out cleanly before hand-off to operations. This is NOT a sales role — you won't generate leads or chase deals. Projects are assigned to you, and you take a preliminary scope of work all the way through floor plans, material selections, and the final order. You'll work alongside leadership, project managers, vendors, and architects who are set up to help you succeed, with the chance to step into larger, higher-value projects inside a supportive, family-like culture. We're open to both part-time and full-time W2 candidates.
