Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation
- Greet guests warmly, manage reservations, and seat guests promptly as a Host or Front-of-House team member
- Provide attentive customer service by addressing guest needs, answering questions about menu items, and offering personalized recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations, dining areas, and bar spaces in compliance with food safety standards
- Proficiency in Toast POS a bonus
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy shifts
- Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment while maintaining professionalism under pressure
- Familiarity with hospitality industry standards including serving techniques, beverage preparation (including brewing), and food industry best practices
