Clean Harbors, Norwell, MA is looking for a Manufacturing Planning Manager , known internally as a Supply Chain Manager, to join their safety conscious team! Clean Harbors is seeking a Manufacturing Planning Manager to lead production and materials planning activities across our manufacturing and blending facilities. This role oversees Production Planners and MRP Planners, ensuring alignment between production schedules, material availability, and operational capacity. The Manufacturing Planning Manager will partner with operations, procurement, and supply chain leadership to support manufacturing performance, maintain service levels, and drive continuous improvement across the planning function.

5+ years of supply chain, production planning, or materials planning experience required;
Prior experience leading or mentoring planning teams required;
Strong understanding of production planning, MRP processes, and inventory management principles required;
ERP systems/Planning software experience required;
Excel and PowerPoint skills required;
Experience presenting operational insights to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders required;
Strong verbal and written communication skills required;
Bachelor’s Degree required;
Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business Administration, or related field preferred;
APICS certification (CPIM or CSCP) preferred;
Must have the ability to travel 10%.
