Join our newly established program as a Clinical Supervisor specializing in rural mental health and behavioral care. In this vital leadership role, you will oversee clinical operations, mentor a small dedicated team of licensed clinicians, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based services. Your expertise will help foster a supportive environment for individuals with diverse needs, including those with developmental disabilities, co-occurring disorders, and neurodevelopmental conditions. Responsibilities
- Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to licensed clinicians, ensuring adherence to best practices and regulatory standards
- Oversee intake assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and treatment planning for clients across various age groups, including pediatrics
- Lead individual and group therapy sessions utilizing modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and applied behavior analysis (ABA)
- Manage crisis intervention efforts and crisis management protocols to support clients experiencing mental health or behavioral emergencies
- Ensure accurate documentation of medical records, clinical notes, and treatment progress in electronic health records (EHR/EHR management) while maintaining compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate case management, family involvement, and community-based care strategies
- Facilitate clinical team meetings and training sessions focused on social work practices, trauma-informed care, and culturally competent service delivery
Skills
- Proven experience working with children, adolescents, and individuals with developmental or neurodevelopmental disorders such as autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
- Strong background in mental health counseling, behavioral health, substance use disorder treatment, and addiction counseling
- Expertise in crisis management, crisis intervention, and trauma-informed care approaches including PTSD care
- Skilled in conducting patient assessments, diagnostic evaluations using ICD-10/ICD-9 coding systems, and CPT coding for billing purposes
- Proficiency in EMR/EHR systems for medical documentation and data collection; familiarity with medical terminology is essential
- Demonstrated ability to supervise clinical staff effectively while fostering professional growth and team cohesion
- Experience working with diverse populations from various cultural backgrounds in community or hospital settings
- Knowledge of working with individuals with disabilities or co-occurring mental health conditions; experience with special education or working with families is a plus
- Strong communication skills for client engagement, case management coordination, and clinical research collaboration
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently within a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of patient care

Pay: $71,351.16 - $85,928.28 per year
