We are looking to expand our Maintenance Team, with an opening for an IT Support Specialist at our Fairborn, OH location. This is a full-time on-site position.
Essential Duties of Position:
- Conducting tests and inspections of products, services, or processes to evaluate quality or performance.
- Repairing machines or systems using the needed tools.
- Installing equipment, machines, wiring, or programs to meet specifications.
- Troubleshoot issues with computer applications or systems.
- Test computer system operations to ensure proper functioning.
- Install computer hardware.
- Install computer software.
- Provide telephone support related to networking or connectivity issues.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Computer Information Systems
- Communication: Strong verbal, written, and listening skills
- Ability to identify complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
- Ability to make decisions and solve
- Strong background in analyzing data and information
- Ability to organize, plan, and prioritize work
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
