Our dental assistant position is full time, averaging approximately 32-33 hours per week over four clinical days. The hours listed below are when patients are scheduled, assistants start no later than 15 minutes prior to when the first patient is scheduled.
MONDAY: 8am - 5pm (8 working hours + 1 hour lunch)
TUESDAY: 7am - 4pm (8 working hours + 1 hour lunch)
WEDNESDAY: 8am - 6pm (9 working hours + 1 hour lunch)
THURSDAY: OFF
FRIDAY: 7am - 1pm (6 working hours, no lunch)

What we are looking for
- At least 6 months of previous dental assisting experience
- Team player mentality is a must
- Positive attitude
- Good work ethic
- Solid IT/computer skills
- Experience with Dentrix is a huge plus
What You'll Do
- Assist our doctors with a wide variety of general dentistry procedures, including implants. We do refer all RCTs and 3rd molar extractions.
- Seat and dismiss patients while providing an exceptional patient experience
- Prepare and sterilize treatment rooms and instruments
- Take digital radiographs and use our intraoral scanner for most impressions
- Help support our hygienists and teammates throughout the day, including help with perio charting and turning hygiene rooms over
- Be an important part of a positive, team-oriented practice
