As our firm continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Legal Office Manager who will play a key role in supporting our operations and helping drive that continued growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office operations
- Process payroll
- Reconcile attorney trust (IOTA) accounts monthly
- Oversee client billing and payment processes
- Maintain financial records in QuickBooks
- Utilize CRM and legal case management systems
- Communicate professionally with clients as needed
- Support firm operations and administrative initiatives
- Perform additional duties as operational needs require
Qualifications
- Proactive and a self-starter
- Minimum 1 year of law firm experience
- Experience with QuickBooks
- Experience processing payroll
- Experience reconciling trust accounts
- Experience overseeing client billing
- Experience using CRM/case management software
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Spanish or Portuguese required (Spanish preferred)
- Immigration law experience is a plus
