Job Overview
Supplyhut LLC is looking for dependable and mechanically inclined Machine Operators to join our manufacturing team.
Machine Operators will be trained and assigned to operate one or more of our production machines, including:
- Bubble Mailer Machines
- Poly Mailer Machines
- Bubble Pouch Machines
Pay varies based on the type and complexity of the machine being operated, as well as the employee’s experience and demonstrated ability to operate the equipment safely and independently.
This position is ideal for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, comfortable working around machinery, and able to keep up in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate assigned manufacturing equipment.
- Set up and prepare machines for production.
- Load paper, poly, bubble rolls, adhesive, glue, and other materials as required.
- Adjust machine settings to meet product specifications.
- Monitor machines throughout production to ensure consistent quality.
- Inspect finished products for defects, incorrect sizing, sealing issues, or other quality concerns.
- Meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Identify basic machine issues and notify management when maintenance or repairs are needed.
- Follow all machine safety procedures and company safety policies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Accurately record production information when required.
- Assist with packing, shipping, material handling, and other warehouse or manufacturing duties as needed.
- Perform repetitive tasks and safely lift and move materials throughout the shift.
- Complete other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Preferred:
- 2+ years of machine operating or manufacturing experience.
- Previous experience working with production or manufacturing equipment.
- Warehouse or manufacturing experience.
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn machine settings and functions.
- Forklift certification is a plus.
Candidates must be able to:
- Follow written and verbal instructions.
- Work independently with minimal supervision after training.
- Pay close attention to measurements, settings, and product quality.
- Meet production expectations while maintaining accuracy.
- Troubleshoot basic machine issues.
- Maintain reliable and consistent attendance.
- Work safely around moving machinery and manufacturing equipment.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 80 pounds when required.
- Ability to stand and/or walk for approximately 8 hours per shift.
- Ability to perform repetitive movements throughout the workday.
- Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, and handle production materials.
- Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment.

- Experience operating manufacturing equipment is preferred, but candidates with strong mechanical ability and the willingness to learn may also be considered.
