We are currently seeking a motivated and hospitality-driven Restaurant Manager to join our Colorado Springs leadership team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with prior restaurant leadership experience who is looking to continue growing their management career with a company that believes strongly in mentorship, training, development, and long-term advancement opportunities.
The Restaurant Manager will assist in overseeing daily operations of the restaurant while helping lead front-of-house service, team development, guest satisfaction, and operational execution. This role requires a strong work ethic, positive attitude, ability to lead by example, and willingness to grow within a fast-paced hospitality environment.
While previous management experience is required, we are committed to helping train and develop the right individual into a stronger and more experienced hospitality leader.
- Help oversee day-to-day restaurant operations
- Lead, coach, and motivate front-of-house team members
- Ensure excellent guest service and hospitality standards are maintained at all times
- Assist with staffing, scheduling, labor management, and shift execution
- Help maintain cleanliness, organization, and operational standards throughout the property
- Support training and onboarding of new team members
- Work closely with culinary and management teams to ensure smooth service operations
- Assist in handling guest concerns and resolving issues professionally
- Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and liquor laws
- Help drive team morale, accountability, and positive culture within the restaurant
- Previous restaurant or hospitality management experience preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to remain organized and composed in a high-volume environment
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
