Our privately owned dental practice is looking for a friendly, dependable, and motivated RDA to join our clinical team. We are a patient-focused pediatric practice that values teamwork, communication, and creating a welcoming experience for every patient who walks through our doors.
We are looking for someone who enjoys building relationships with patients/parents, stays organized in a fast-paced environment, and is willing to jump in wherever needed to help the team succeed.
What You’ll Do:
- Help coordinate treatment and communicate with patients and parents
- Assist the clinical team and Doctor
- Maintain a smooth and efficient patient experience throughout the day
What We’re Looking For:
- Active Dental Assisting License in the state of Texas
- Coronal polishing, sealants, and N20 monitoring certifications
- Current BLS certification
- Dentrix experience
- Dental Assisting experience
- Cross-training or willingness to assist in the front office is a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Dependable, professional, and patient-focused
- Bilingual (Preferred)
- Sedation, or laser experience (Preferred)
