We’re currently looking for a Permitting & Installation Coordinator to support our Nashville location in ensuring projects move smoothly from paperwork to installation.

- Permit Management: Obtain, track, and maintain permits, licenses, and inspection approvals to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Government Liaison: Communicate with municipal offices to move permit applications forward and troubleshoot delays.
- Installation Coordination: Work closely with installation teams to schedule projects, monitor timelines, and resolve conflicts.
- Customer Support: Act as the primary point of contact for homeowners, keeping them informed and supported throughout the permitting and installation process.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of permits, inspections, and approvals.
- Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve permit-related roadblocks to avoid project delays.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with internal departments, contractors, and customers to ensure smooth project flow.
What You Bring:
- Experience in permitting, construction coordination, or home services (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of permitting processes and working with local municipalities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project tracking tools
- Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changes independently
