CNA / Caregiver — Part-Time
Live Well Personal Care Home
Live Well Personal Care Home is looking for a compassionate, dependable, and experienced CNA/Caregiver to join our small residential care home.
Unlike a large nursing facility, we provide care in an intimate residential setting with a low resident-to-caregiver ratio, allowing our caregivers to spend more time with each resident and provide attentive, individualized care.

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Caregiver
Part-Time
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene
- Assist with transfers, mobility, and repositioning
- Provide companionship and supervision
- Assist residents during meals and with feeding when needed
- Observe residents and promptly report changes in condition
- Maintain clean and comfortable resident rooms and common areas
- Assist with light housekeeping and laundry related to resident care
- Document care provided as required
- Work cooperatively with the RN and other caregivers
- Provide respectful and compassionate care to elderly residents, including residents with dementia or increased care needs
Qualifications
- CNA certification required
- Experience caring for elderly residents strongly preferred
- Dementia care experience is a plus
- Dependable and punctual
- Compassionate and patient
- Good communication skills
- Able to safely assist residents with transfers and personal care
- Must be comfortable working in a small residential care environment
- Must be able to pass required background screening
