Visiting Angels is seeking a Community Liaison who can build meaningful relationships, generate referrals, and confidently guide families through care decisions. This is a high-impact, field-based role where your ability to connect, influence, and follow through will directly contribute to both client outcomes and agency growth.
What You’ll Do
This is a field-based, high-impact role focused on both sales and client experience.
You will:
- Build and grow referral partnerships across the Austin market (senior living, assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, hospitals, hospice, etc.)
- Serve as the face of Visiting Angels in the community, networking, meeting partners, and generating consistent referral flow
- Conduct in-home consultations and assessments with families
- Develop personalized care plans based on client needs
- Guide conversations with confidence, address concerns, and move toward a decision
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from intake to service
- Manage your pipeline and consistently drive new business
