Schedule: Full-Time (Remote with frequent travel to Buffalo NY, Central New York and Albany, NY)
Salary: $90,000- $105,000 annually – based on experience

Position Summary:
The Quality Management Program Coordinator is a corporate-level role responsible for coordinating and overseeing the quality management initiatives across all Peregrine Senior Living communities. This includes training, mentoring and auditing all communities quality management programs, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, as well as compliance with state and federal regulations. This position involves travel to Buffalo, NY, Albany NY, and Central NY.
Quality Management Program Coordinator Responsibilities include:
Quality Management Program Coordinator Education & Experience:
- A bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, business administration or related field, preferred
- Three years of management experience in a licensed adult care facility in New York State, required
- An understanding of assisted living operations and regulatory compliance, required
- A demonstrated ability to comply with quality improvement initiatives with the ability to lead and teach others, required
- A strong leader with organizational, communication and problem-solving skills with high moral and ethical standards with a commitment to maintaining the safety and best quality of life possible for seniors living in an assisted living community, required
- Working knowledge of computers including Excel, Word, and MS Office, Electronic Medical Records, required
- Must have a valid driver license as position requires frequent travel. (communities located in western, central, and capital region of NY and MD)
