Job Summary:
We are seeking a responsible and professional Assistant Manager to oversee the daily maintenance and office operations for our apartment community. This role is ideal for someone who is committed to providing excellent service to residents. The assistant manager is required to serve as the primary point of contact for tenants maintenance needs.
Responsibilities:
Ø Resident Satisfaction
Ø Processing Move-ins and Move-outs
Ø Working with Service Team to coordinate Work Orders & Service Requests
Requirements:
Ø Prior Property Management and Maintenance Experience
Ø Computer Literate – familiar with Outlook, Word & Excel
Ø Property Management Software a Plus! Appfolio
Ø Organized
Ø Personable
Ø Customer Service Oriented
Ø Flexible w/Hours (Part time available)
Ø Current Driver’s License & Insurance
Pay: $30,000.00 - $35,000.00 per year
