A 30+ year old IT Services organization in SE PA with a mix of traditional brick and mortar and virtual clients in the SMB sector is looking for someone who wants the right of self determination, to control their own schedule and time and will put sweat equity into transitioning the business for earnings limited only by ones effort. No up-front money is required for the right person to take on this opportunity.
Our capabilities range from traditonal networking to WAN, Internet and mobile connectivity. We are an MSP, and design, devlop and host web sites.
If you're ready to be "the boss" and answer to only yourself, loved ones and occasionally the client, you may be the right person for this opportunity.
Responsibilities
- Provide a wide range of IT Services to our long standing and solid cusotmer base.
- Expand the customer base.
- Provide a high level of responsiveness to our customers.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in servicing SMB customers IT needs.
- Driven to be in control of one's carreer and life.
- Knowledge of cloud computing platforms such as AWS and Azure.
- Strong understanding of network infrastructure including VPNs, DNS management, LAN/WAN architecture, SAN storage solutions, and system administration.
- Some hands-on experience with databases including SQL Server, Oracle databases,
- Some technical expertise in application development using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript frameworks (Angular/React), PHP, .NET technologies (.NET Core), Node.js; familiarity with APIs integration.
- Deep understanding of cybersecurity principles aligned with PCI DSS compliance standards; implementation of network security measures such as firewalls and DNS security protocols.
- Knowledge of disaster recovery planning strategies; experience managing IT risk assessments based on NIST standards.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects using Agile methodologies; excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement at all levels.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field are a plus; advanced certifications such as CISSP or PMP are highly desirable. Pay: $50,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
