Our client, a manufacturing and warehouse support organization, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting production and logistics teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Machine Operator
Location: Henderson, CO
Pay Range: $18
Shift: Monday - Friday 7AM - 3:30PM, with occasional Saturday hours depending on workload
What's the Job?
- Operate power saws to cut, slot, and trim wooden pallets accurately and efficiently
- Set up and adjust machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and productivity
- Follow all safety rules and regulations, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow
What's Needed?
- Ability to operate power saws and other related machinery safely and efficiently
- Physical capability to lift up to 75 pounds and work in extreme conditions including heat and cold
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
- Effective communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
