Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, professional customer support via phone, email, and chat channels, ensuring timely resolution of inquiries and issues
- Assist clients with product or service questions, account management, and troubleshooting to enhance their overall experience
- Engage in outbound calling campaigns to follow up on customer requests or promote new offerings
- Accurately enter data into our systems, maintaining up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and share insights for better client solutions
- Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to foster trust and rapport with customers
Skills
- Strong sales aptitude with the ability to identify opportunities and promote products or services naturally
- Exceptional customer support skills combined with outstanding call center experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general computer skills for data entry and communication tasks.
- Excellent analysis skills to interpret customer needs and provide tailored solutions
- Effective phone etiquette, active listening, and clear communication skills are essential for success in this role
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently, including outbound calling, and data entry
