Advanced Practice Provider – Speare Primary Care
As a Speare Primary Care Advanced Practice Provider, you’ll manage your own panel of patients while collaborating closely with physicians and a dedicated care team. This role blends independence with genuine teamwork – you’ll build lasting patient relationships, handle the full scope of primary care, and contribute to a practice culture that puts patients and families at the center of every decision.

What You’ll Do:

Evaluate patient history, perform physical exams, and order and interpret labs and imaging to guide accurate diagnoses and treatments

Perform minor procedures for injury repair, disease prevention, and functional restoration, as granted through clinical privileges

Develop individualized treatment plans and deliver care in both outpatient and hospital settings, within the Family Medicine scope of practice

Consult with physicians and surgeons; recognize and respond to urgent conditions – initiating emergency care independently when needed

Counsel and educate patients on their physical and mental health, ensuring they leave informed and empowered at every visit

Actively contribute to quality improvement programs, helping the practice continuously raise the bar for patient experience

Maintain thorough, accurate medical records; complete daily documentation and charges; and uphold strict confidentiality standards
What We’re Looking For:
Nurse Practitioner
- Master of Science in Nursing or Master of Nursing degree from an accredited institution

NH Board of Nursing licensure to practice as a Nurse Practitioner
Physician Assistant:

Bachelor of Science degree and graduation from an AMA-approved Physician Assistant program

NH Board of Medicine licensure to practice as a Physician Assistant
Both:

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (3-5 years in a Primary Care setting preferred)

Current BLS certification
-
Excellent patient-facing communication and customer service skills

Proficiency with electronic health records and standard clinical software

Strong organizational, interpersonal, and independent decision-making skills

Commitment to confidentiality and excellent patient experience.
