Weekend Caregiver — CNA or HCA
Schedule: Friday–Sunday, 7:30 AM–7:30 PM
Location: Vancouver, WA
We are looking for a caring, dependable, and compassionate CNA or HCA to join our team in a warm, home-like setting caring for six elderly residents in a Adult Family Home.
Position Requirements
- Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Care Aide (HCA)
- Available to work Friday, Saturday, Sunday, 7:30 AM–7:30 PM
- Reliable, dependable, and punctual
- Compassionate, patient, and respectful
- Previous caregiving experience preferred
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be able to pass a background check
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, person-centered care to six adults
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
- Prepare and serve meals as needed
- Provide medication assistance/reminders as permitted by applicable regulations
- Provide companionship and meaningful activities
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment
- Monitor and report changes in residents' condition or behavior
- Follow individual care plans and home policies
- Promote dignity, independence, and quality of life for each resident
- Perform light cleaning tasks
