Insurance of the trucks will be paid separately along with MC lease and factoring fee.

You Provide:
- 24-26ft box truck (with liftgate preferred)
- Active MC authority & DOT number
- MC lease available in case you don't have your own MC & DOT
- At least one year of MC required for leasing carriers on you.

Compensation: Varies by lane – gross $4,500–$7,000/week

Responsibilities
- Operate a box truck or van to transport goods to various locations.
- Load and unload cargo using equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Follow assigned routes and schedules while maintaining compliance with traffic regulations.
- Ensure the safe handling of merchandise during transit and delivery.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients and addressing any concerns.
- Perform routine inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance standards are met.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including mileage, fuel usage, and any incidents that occur during transport.
- Assist in warehouse operations as needed, including inventory management and organization.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs.
- Experience in commercial driving with a valid driver’s license appropriate for the vehicle type.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required for loading and unloading cargo.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and logistics processes.
- Proficient in operating box trucks, vans, and related vehicles.
- Experience with route driving to optimize delivery efficiency.
- Knowledge of using forklifts and pallet jacks for material handling.
- Strong organizational skills to manage schedules and documentation
