LTC Therapy is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support rehabilitation services within our skilled nursing facility. We are looking for a motivated clinician who enjoys working in a collaborative setting focused on helping residents improve movement, endurance, and overall functional ability.
Responsibilities Include:

Carry out therapy programs designed by the supervising Physical Therapist

Assist residents with walking programs, transfer practice, strengthening exercises, and balance activities

Observe resident performance during treatment sessions and communicate updates to the PT
-
Encourage safe mobility and participation in therapy activities

Maintain accurate treatment documentation and progress notes

Qualifications:
