Associate Attorney - Gaming Law Practice Group
Saiber LLC, is seeking an associate to join our highly regarded and growing Gaming Law practice group in our Madison, New Jersey office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with superior skills, promise and an interest in the gaming and sports betting industry. We are looking for a dynamic attorney with 2-4 years gaming law, regulatory licensing and corporate experience. Successful candidate must possess outstanding academic credentials, strong communication and analytical skills with the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities
- Prepare gaming license applications for corporate and individual applicants;
- Research and analyze gaming licensing statutes and regulations;
- Review and analyze corporate and financial documents;
- Draft and review commercial and corporate documents such as contracts, license agreements, corporate governance documents and related other financial documents;
- Draft petitions and other administrative filings to be presented to regulatory agencies; and
- Communicate with clients and regulatory agencies.
Qualifications
- Corporate law experience
- A strong understanding of corporate governance documents
- Regulatory experience a plus
- Familiarity with the gaming industry a plus
- J.D. required, along with admission to New Jersey, New York and/or Pennsylvania Bar.
A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this position is $144,000-$160,000. Exact compensation will be determined based on individual candidate qualifications.
