As the Nuclear In-Processing Admin here’s the work you’ll do:
- Coordinates the administrative process for onboarding site employees and contractors, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all requirements.
- Schedule and track background checks and clearances.
- Process badging and site access documentation.
- Maintain personnel files and records.
- Communicate onboarding requirements to new personnel.
- Support HR and security teams as needed.
This position is for you if you have the below experience/availability:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 2+ Years of HR and/or Administrative Experience
- Available for a 4-6 week contract
- Available to work within the hours of 5:30am and 6:00pmEST
- Strong data entry and recordkeeping skills.
- Ability to manage multiple onboarding processes simultaneously.
In compliance with this state’s pay transparency laws, the salary range for this role is $31,000 - $55,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. (The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of union fringes).
