We are seeking a passionate and energetic Toddler Teacher to join our early childhood education team. Duties
- Develop and implement engaging curriculum plans that promote early childhood development.
- Create a safe, welcoming classroom environment that encourages curiosity, independence, and positive behavior management.
- Facilitate age-appropriate activities and assist with potty training.
- Monitor individual progress through observation and assessments, including standardized testing when appropriate, to tailor instruction to each child's needs.
- Collaborate with families to communicate children's progress, behavior, and developmental milestones effectively.
- Manage classroom routines efficiently, including lesson planning, transitions, and maintaining a clean and organized learning space.
- Support children with special needs through early intervention strategies and inclusive teaching practices to ensure all children thrive.
Requirements
- Prior experience working with children in a daycare or preschool setting is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of childhood development principles, classroom management techniques, and behavior management strategies.
- Familiarity with curriculum development for toddlers.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with children, parents, and team members effectively.
- Certification in early childhood education or related fields is encouraged.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while demonstrating patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for teaching young children.
