Duties
- Administer botulinum toxin injections and dermal fillers with precision and adherence to safety protocols
- Perform a variety of aesthetic treatments including chemical peels, dermabrasion, laser therapy, and body waxing
- Conduct consultations to understand client goals, explain treatment options, and develop personalized treatment plans
- Manage client appointments efficiently using salon software such as Millennium or MINDBODY
- Educate clients on skincare routines, product demos, and aftercare instructions to ensure optimal results
- Maintain strict sanitation standards, including proper sterilization of tools and treatment areas
- Utilize social media management skills to promote services, engage with clients online, and grow the practice’s digital presence
Qualifications
- Licensed nursing or cosmetology certification with experience in aesthetic treatments such as Botox, dermal fillers, laser therapy, or chemical peels
- Proven experience working in the beauty or med spa industry with a strong understanding of client communication and customer service
- Skilled in injection administration, hair threading, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and hair styling is a plus
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to upsell products and services confidently
- Strong sanitation practices combined with a thorough understanding of health regulations and safety standards
- Experience in retail sales, product demos, social media management, and guest services enhances your ability to succeed in this role

Pay: $40.81 - $63.59 per hour
