Samaritan's Purse is seeking a Gift-Processing Coordinator to join our team in North Wilkesboro, NC. You can be a part of a highly professional Donor Ministries team. In this role, you will provide administrative support to the Donor Services Leadership team, helping manage schedules and deadlines. You will provide support in a highly confidential, courteous, timely, and accurate manner by prioritizing work and using time wisely. In this role, you will assist in managing the reporting and tracking of comments and questions received from donors and other interested individuals. As well as incoming and outgoing checks by receiving, tracking, and reporting, including Individual Retirement Accounts (IRA), Credit Card declines, and ACH returns. A day in the life of a Gift-Processing Coordinator:

praying for each other, our staff, and volunteers who serve around the globe.
In the role of Gift Processing Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to:
- Maintain your personal relationship with Jesus Christ and be an effective witness for Him.

Oversee all incoming and outgoing checks and financial documents. Serves as the point of contact for receiving, monitoring, tracking, and recording all mail leaving the department.

Research IRA gifts by identifying the donor account and coding appropriately.

Receive and respond promptly to declined CC and ACH notifications from Finance and Data Entry. Makes outbound calls and composes/sends responses to communicate issues and offer resolution support to affected parties. Appoints and instructs staff on response when needed.

Serve alongside the Workflow Coordinator, offering back-up and support in the daily sorting and tracking of all mail and email. As a back-up, assists with auditing mail and email responses to ensure procedures are followed.

Serve as support for daily updated Comment Reports, including hot topics, media responses, and overall political or cultural comments.

Offer team support to other Donor Ministries administrative staff to ensure operational procedures are addressed during absences, including backing up the Donor Services team.

Assist with Donor Response during disasters and seasonal uptick by communicating to donors and prospective donors the various ministries of Samaritan's Purse. Maintains a thorough working knowledge of response procedures, donor database, donor materials, and daily ministry issues; situations involving ongoing ministry projects, donation, and mailing list issues; special/seasonal responses and conferences; website news, offerings, and navigation; product availability; and current topics in the media involving Franklin Graham, Samaritan's Purse projects, Billy Graham Evangelistic Association, and the Graham family in order to respond accurately and effectively to donor inquiries by phone and written correspondence.

Attend daily morning devotions and participates in prayer support for the ministry, donors, and volunteers.

Maintain a strong Christian witness to colleagues, volunteers, vendors, charitable beneficiaries, and the general public within the workplace, in the community, and before the general public.

Reflect Godly character by conducting activities in a manner consistent with the Mission Statement, Statement of Faith, Christian Code of Conduct, Statement of Fidelity to the Holy Scriptures and Distinct Objectives.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Associate's degree and two (1) to four (2) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.

General knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, Avaya CMS, InnKeeper, and other related office support software or equipment

Samaritan's Purse Mission Statement:
