The Opportunity: At 321 Drive, we don’t care if you have never sold or financed a vehicle in your life. We can teach you the automotive business. What we cannot teach is drive, problem-solving, and emotional intelligence. We want a leader who can come in, make an immediate impact, and eventually grow into a Senior Leader with our growing company.

The Role: The Ultimate "Player-Coach" We need a dynamic leader who can bridge the gap between our Collections and Sales departments. You will initially anchor our Account Management (Collections) Team—protecting the financial health of our portfolio. As you master the backend of the business, you will cross-train into Sales Management duties, coaching our sales staff and helping close deals on the floor.
What You Will Do:
- Protect the Portfolio (Collections): Manage the daily workflow of the collections team. Coach them to balance firm financial enforcement with the empathy required to keep customers in their vehicles.
- Support the Floor (Sales): Step in to support the General Manager by desking deals, performing "T.O.s" (Turn Overs) to help associates close tougher customers, and keeping the sales floor energy positive.
- Train & Mentor: Run daily training segments for both departments. Your goal is to turn average employees into great ones through constant, constructive feedback.
- Lead Without Ego: Whether it's analyzing KPIs, handling a heated customer conversation, taking a fresh "up," or washing a car for delivery—you do whatever the team needs to win that day.
Who You Are:
- A Proven Leader: You have 3+ years of management experience. (Automotive experience is a plus, but leaders from outside industries are highly encouraged to apply!).
- Emotionally Intelligent: You can seamlessly transition from a firm, analytical collections negotiator to an enthusiastic, supportive sales closer.
- Tech-Savvy & Analytical: You are comfortable learning new software (CRM/DMS) and making decisions based on data.
- Reliable & Driven: You show up on time, do what you say you are going to do, and take absolute ownership of your team's results.
The Schedule: We believe in working hard while you are here so you can enjoy your time off.
- Weekdays: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM (4 days a week; you get a scheduled weekday off).
- Saturdays: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Required - this is our game day!).
- Sundays: Always Closed.
