Mountain State Insurance Agency is seeking an experienced, licensed Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our growing team.
This role is ideal for a detail-oriented insurance professional who takes pride in delivering exceptional client service, managing complex accounts, and working collaboratively with producers, clients, and carrier partners. You'll play a key role in helping clients navigate risk management challenges while utilizing modern technology and workflows designed to improve efficiency and service quality.

What You'll Do
- Manage day-to-day service requests for commercial insurance clients
- Process policy changes, certificates, audits, renewals, and endorsements
- Assist in the marketing and renewal process for commercial accounts
- Gather and analyze underwriting information for carrier submissions
- Build strong relationships with clients, producers, and carrier partners
- Participate in client meetings and assist with account strategy discussions
- Review policies and carrier documents for accuracy
- Maintain accurate agency management system records and documentation
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve client retention and service
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a high-quality client experience
- Support agency initiatives, strategic projects, and workflow improvements
Qualifications
Required:
- Active Property & Casualty Insurance License
- Minimum 3 years of insurance experience
- Strong knowledge of insurance coverages and policy servicing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with agency management systems and Microsoft Office
