Customer Service Representative

The Neighborhood Vet is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is all about creating a warm, helpful, and smooth experience for our clients and their pets. You will answer questions, schedule appointments, support communication between clients and the medical team, and help keep the day moving.
We are looking for someone who can stay calm, think on their feet, and bring a little fun to the workday. You do not need to know everything on day one, but you do need to care, learn quickly, and be willing to grow.

Schedule
4 days per week, Mon-Thurs, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm
3 DAY LONG WEEKEND!!! No weekends -No Nights!
Schedule made in advance so you can plan your life
Wage
$22-25 per hour, depending on experience
