American Traveler is seeking an experienced Emergency Department RN for a night shift travel contract in Mayfield, KY, requiring at least 1 year of ER experience and multiple certifications including TNCC.

Work in a 14-bed Emergency Department at a 107-bed acute care hospital

Serves all ages — pediatric, adult, and geriatric patient populations

Patient ratio of 1:4

Night shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
-
Every other weekend required

On-call and float coverage required on an as-needed basis

EMR: MedHost
-
Active RN license in KY or a compact state currently in hand

Required certifications (AHA): BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and Handling with Care (HWC) — all must be obtained prior to start

Minimum 1 year of Emergency Department RN experience required

Social Security number and date of birth required for consideration

Orientation is held weekly on Mondays

Candidates must reside 60 or more miles from the facility to qualify for the travel pay rate

Candidates who have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months are not eligible

Candidates who are currently employed full time elsewhere are not eligible

Any color scrubs are acceptable; casual wear is not permitted
