About A&J Windowhaus
A&J Windowhaus is a family-owned impact window and door company serving homeowners and builders throughout the Tampa Bay area. We are looking for a reliable, organized, and personable part-time Lead Management Coordinator to make sure every incoming lead receives prompt and consistent follow-up.
This is not a cold-calling position and it is not a traditional sales-closing role. You will communicate with homeowners who have already contacted us, learn about their project, collect the information our sales team needs, and keep each opportunity moving forward.
Responsibilities
- Contact new leads promptly by phone, text, and email.
- Ask homeowners to explain their window or door project.
- Gather important information such as the property address, project scope, timeline, photos, approximate sizes, and other relevant details.
- Follow up consistently with leads who have not responded or have not provided the requested information.
- Maintain accurate notes and update each lead’s status in our CRM.
- Identify whether a project appears to be a good fit for A&J Windowhaus.
- Maintain responsibility for each lead until the required information is collected, the lead is handed to the sales team, or the customer is determined not to be a good fit.
- Make sure legitimate opportunities are not lost because of inadequate follow-up.
- Provide a brief weekly update on active leads and any outstanding information.
What We Are Looking For

- Persistent with follow-up without being aggressive or pushy.
- Highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable communicating through phone calls, text messages, and email.
- Able to write clearly and professionally.
- Comfortable learning and using CRM software.
- Able to work independently without constant reminders.
- Good at asking questions, listening carefully, and documenting information.
- Available to respond to new leads during normal weekday business hours.
Previous experience in customer service, lead management, office administration, real estate, construction, home improvement, property management, or a similar field is preferred but not required.
Important
This position requires active and consistent follow-up. We are looking for someone who will politely continue contacting a potential customer until the needed information is received, the customer says they are no longer interested, or the lead is determined not to be a good fit.
Schedule and Compensation
- Part-time, approximately 5–10 hours per week.
- Flexible schedule, but new leads must be contacted promptly during normal business hours.
- Remote position; Tampa Bay area candidates are preferred.
- $22–$25 per hour, depending on experience.
- The selected candidate will begin with a paid trial period.
- There may be an opportunity for additional hours as the company grows.
