We are seeking a dedicated and organized individual to join our dental practice. The right candidate will have experience assisting the dentist in the completion of root canal and surgical procedures, but will also be able to help patients relax by providing a calm environment, friendly demeanor and plenty of encouragement. In addition, the successful candidate will be diligent, professional and able to work well with a team.
Responsibilities:
- Place a dental dam over the patient's teeth.
- Prepare dental instruments.
- Prepare patients for procedures by bringing them back and positioning them in the dental chair.
- Clean and sterilize equipment used for the procedure.
- Administrative support.
- Communication with dentists and patients
We also see patients in our Montrose location 1-2x/week, and the candidate must be willing to travel. There is a mileage/travel bonus for this aspect of the position.
Pay will be based off experience.
