* Minimum of 1 year of professional caregiving experience OR:
- CNA, STNA, HHA, MA, or equivalent caregiving experience of 1 year
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance
- Dependable attendance and commitment to a consistent schedule
- Ability to pass background checks, abuse registry checks, and drug screening
