We are currently hiring an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative to join our team in Abilene, Texas. As an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative, you will represent AT&T Fiber services by meeting with customers, explaining available solutions, answering questions, and assisting with new account enrollments. This role is ideal for motivated individuals seeking a long-term opportunity in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities of an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative Include:
- Meet directly with customers to discuss their service needs and recommend appropriate AT&T Fiber solutions
- Educate customers on available products, promotions, and account options
- Complete new customer enrollments and ensure all information is accurate
- Build positive relationships with new and existing customers through professional communication
- Work closely with team members to support local outreach initiatives and customer engagement efforts
- Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-up opportunities
- Contribute to daily and weekly team performance goals
Qualifications for the Entry-Level Customer Service Representative Role:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working face-to-face with customers in a professional setting
