Digital Smiles is a premier multi-location dental group serving Southern California. We are seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to join our Rancho Palos Verdes team.
What You'll Do:
Manage patient appointments and keep the schedule running smoothly
Answer a high volume of calls with professionalism and warmth
Greet patients, verify insurance, and handle check-in/check-out
Follow up on unscheduled treatment and recall patients
Update records in Dentrix/Eaglesoft
Requirements:
3+ years of customer-facing or front desk experience
Strong phone skills, professional and friendly under pressure
Organized, reliable, and a team player
Bilingual Spanish/English preferred but not required
Schedule: Full-Time
Start Date: July 20, 2026
