Responsibilities
What You'll Do
- Educate individuals and families on life insurance and financial solutions
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Attend networking events and community outreach opportunities
- Meet with prospective clients virtually and in person
- Participate in weekly training sessions and professional development
- Work alongside experienced mentors
- Learn leadership and team-building skills

Skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain complex financial concepts
- Negotiation skills to effectively close deals and build trust with clients
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities to serve
- Analysis skills for assessing client needs and recommending suitable solutions
- Knowledge of insurance sales processes and benefits administration practices

Team Meetings & Training
Our team is committed to continuous learning and growth. Attendance at training sessions is expected.
Office Meetings
- Wednesday: 7:00 PM (Business Casual)
- Saturday: 10:00 AM (Business Casual)
Additional Zoom meetings and virtual training sessions are held throughout the week.
